  IP over DNS
  Method
  Server is set up as authoritative (NS) for some (sub)domain.
  Client sends DNS TXT request, data is encoded into the host name.
  Server sends DNS TXT response, data is encoded in the TXT record.
  Client must periodically send NOP.
