  IP over DNS
  NSTX creates IP over DNS
  Creates actual IP network link using Linux TAP or TUN drivers.
  DNS is needed on any network where proxies are not exclusively used.
  DNS traffic can be routed through internal DNS servers, or directly to target NSTX server.
