PPP over SSL
  SSL - another well defined, secure protocol
  SSL 3.0 or TLS (Transmission Layer Security) preferred
  SSL is the crypto layer for HTTPS.
  Server runs Stunnel daemon
  No defined port for SSL -- administrator's choice
  SSL client and server both use X.509 certificates for authentication
